We want to thank those of you who prayed for and financially supported the Australia tour of "Walking On Water." It could not have gone any better. We worked with an organization titled Christian Surfers Australia who really made the outreaches/screenings on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast and in Sydney an amazing launch to the five-month tour that the Walking on Water's Director of Missions will be continuing throughout Australia and New Zealand during the next four months. It was obvious by listening to the audiences' reactions that they loved the movie and, more importantly, were inspired by the message. The viewers especially enjoyed the Australia segment in the film. Surfing is one of the nation's most popular sports and three-time World Champion Tom Curren has been a legend there for years. We were so honored to have Tom and his wife, Mackie, and sons, Frank and Pat, along with us. The Noosa Festival of Surfing invited us to show "Walking On Water" and to have Tom play music. It was an incredible opportunity and there were hundreds of people packed into the outdoor tent to listen to Tom and to watch the movie. With the open bar in the back of the tent, it definitely was an outreach to non-believers, But to our surprise, everyone's focus was on the movie instead of the party or the alcohol.
